Terms & Conditions: Birthday Party Bookings
To ensure your celebration runs as smoothly as a well-timed bass drop, please review our terms and conditions below. By paying your deposit, you agree to these terms.
1. Booking & Payments
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to secure your date and time slot.
Customized Invitations: Once the deposit is received, we will begin the design process for your customized invitation based on the theme indicated in your booking form. Design work begins only after the deposit is confirmed.
Final Balance: The remaining balance (including add-ons) must be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to the party date.
Payment Method: Payments must be made via bank transfer to the details provided on your invoice.
2. Pricing & Inclusions
Standard Package ($599):
2 hours of disco entertainment and access to 2 party rooms.
2 Dedicated Party Hosts to lead the fun.
Age-appropriate music (ages 0–12) and choreographed dance routines.
Organized Games: Age-appropriate activities are included (please note: this excludes Pass the Parcel and Piñatas).
Face Painting: Includes simple face painting or temporary tattoos.
Unlimited child guests.
Optional Add-on: A Jumping Castle is available for an additional $85. This must be requested at the time of booking to ensure availability.
3. Timeline: Setup & Pack Down
Decoration & Prep: You will have access to the studio 1 hour prior to the start time for setup.
Party Duration: Disco and room access are for a strict 2-hour period.
Pack Up: You will have 30 minutes after the party concludes to pack down and vacate the premises.
4. Client Responsibilities
We provide the venue and the vibes; you provide the "flavor." You are responsible for:
Catering: All food and beverages.
Cake: Including candles and matches/lighter.
Decorations: Any specific themed decor or balloons.
Prizes: Small prizes for games (optional).
Supervision: While we provide 2 dedicated hosts for games and music, parental supervision is required at all times.
5. Venue Rules & Safety
Alcohol-Free Zone: We are strictly alcohol-free premises. No alcohol is to be consumed or brought onto the property.
Cleaning: We ask that the rooms be left in a tidy state, with all brought-in items removed during your 30-minute pack-up window.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Deposits are non-refundable as they secure a date that becomes unavailable to others.
Rescheduling requires at least 14 days' notice and is subject to availability.
